Here are some commonly asked questions
(and their answers) about shows at the Park:


Q: Are there age restrictions?

A: Most shows are 17 and up, unless accompanied by a legal guardian. If not, it will be stated on the event page.

Q: Where do I park my car?

A: There’s plenty of free, accessible parking in close proximity to the theatre. This includes a small lot directly behind the theatre, and lots of street parking. It is recommended that you *not* park in the lot adjacent to Reliable Ski, as that is not owned by, or affiliated with, the Park Theatre and towing warnings have been issued previously. Q: What does general admission mean? Will I have a seat?

A: All shows at the Park are “General Admission,” which means (outside of VIP/donor tables) there is no assigned seating. Capacity for our building is around 300, and we have seats for around 250 people. This is adequate for most shows, but for a sold out show – that means there will be some folks who need to stand. If you love to stand and/or dance, maybe this isn’t a big deal to you. If having a seat is super important to you, we highly recommend that you arrive well in advance of door time to increase your chances of getting a seat before they’re all taken.

Q: Is the time on posters when the show actually starts?

A: The times we publicize are door times, not actual show start times. These can sometimes vary from artist to artist (depending on their preference), but our rules of thumb are: shows with local artists start 1/2 hour after door time and larger shows w/national artists start 1 hour after door time. Plan accordingly!

Q: Are e-cigarettes/vaping allowed at the Park Theatre?

A: No. You’ll need to do that (or smoke your traditional cigarettes) in front of the theatre. We have a stamping/wristband program to allow re-entry to most shows.

Q: Do you have a bar?

A: We sure do, and we feature several delicious New Holland Brewing Company beers on-tap, along with a fine selection of wines and mixed drinks.

Q: Do you serve food?

A: At most events, we serve hot slices of delicious Petrino’s Pizza. An awesome local favorite!

Q: Do you allow outside food or drink in the theatre?

A: Outside food is OK, outside drinks of any kind are *not*.

Q: I see you have online ticketing. Do I have to print my ticket?

A: No, but you can if you’d like. Some people keep their tickets on their phone, or we can also look you up with your photo ID.

Q: Do you have a regular box office?

A: We do not have a standard box office with regular operating hours. We prefer to do as much ticketing as possible online. Special arrangements can sometimes be made if you’re unable to purchase a ticket online.

Q: Can I reserve a table?

A: Reserved tables are sometimes made available to donors/VIP ticket holders. We do not reserve tables outside of these circumstances.

Q: If I’m buying online tickets for my whole group, do I have to fill in everyone’s name?

A: Yes. It assists with checking your group in quickly when you arrive to the theatre. If you don’t know the names of everyone that will be in your party at the time of purchasing, you can use the same name (yours/the purchaser’s) and email for each field required, but *all fields* for all tickets you’re purchasing need to be filled out.

Q: Do you allow dancing?

A: Yeah, baby! We actively encourage it.

Q: Do you sell earplugs?

A: Yes. At the bar, we sell musician-level, lifetime quality earplugs for $10.
